Everyone was nice to me and got my oil changed, didn't take long

The new car purchasing experience was excellent. Troy Walters, the sales professional, listened to my interests in a new car and shortly after showed me a candidate from his inventory and provided a test drive. The car was a winner. Troy completed the administration paperwork and a short time later I drove the car home. It just doesn’t get any easier than that.

Had to have two recall-type notices (involving reprogramming the transmission control valve and body control module enhancement) taken care of. Was performed in a very timely manner (I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time). Staff were all courteous as usual. Highly recommended dealership and have encouraged others to visit. Minor disappointment that replacing the key fob battery is no longer free (particularly for decades old customers), (now costing 7.00).

Excellent Experience, They Are The Nicest People Ever!

I must say, this had to be the easiest and most efficient transaction I've ever made! Within 5 hours my entire car buying experience had been completed. Very satisfied with our new car and the service received from Brenson was truly outstanding. I told him exactly what i was wanting in the deal, and he did exactly that. Very grateful and will be doing future business with him and his dealership again!

The oil and filter change went fast and very good, but the ghost in the radio that changes the screen every few seconds was'nt good news. Nearly $900 to fix it, so I decided to let the ghost keep having its fun.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I wish they would use paper floor mats so I wouldn’t have to clean mine after service. I bought my tires at the dealership but ended up have to pay, for the first time, to rotate them. That’s not fair !

They performed the correctly and on the day promised.

Not a good experience at all. Took vehicle in to get a "shift to park" issue fixed. When removing the piece around the gear shift, they broke it and then charged me for it. You can notice the chips where they tried to remove it and a cut in the seat. Then the part they ordered came in wrong. My vehicle stayed there for over 7 days. Asked for an alignment due to car having alignment issues and now it drives even worse. Asked if I could get a complimentary detail due to all the issues but all that was offered was a complimentary oil change. Over $800 later, cannot say the vehicle is better off. We even purchased the vehicle from them in the past but not doing it again. Citabria was great to deal with, and she did her best! Need more people like her. But definitely not using them again.
